Case 1: CCL is configured to pull contacts from SQL database, even though The DB connection & the SQL query test of CCL configuration passes, the creation of separate contact folder and sync to BlackBerry does not work.

Case 2: When I run MCC, MCC runs, but MCC doesn't create a separate user-created contact folder

This is a known bug of BlackBerry® Enterprise Server 5.0 SP2

The BlackBerry Administration Service encounters an error when it parses BlackBerry smartphone users' folder list if it encounters user-created folder with the word "contacts" in the users' mailboxes before it encounters the default contacts folder.

To resolve this issue, rename the user-created contact folders by omitting the word "contacts" No secondary contact folder should contain the word "contacts"
