The BES Auto DL feature of the itrezzoAgent server automatically creates and maintains unique Distribution Groups in Active Directory. This feature mirrors the membership on each BlackBerry Server and creates unique Distribution Groups in Active Directory during the BPE run. Subsequent BPE run updates the BES DLs.

Cause

If any DNS or network issue occurs and AD lookup fails with error, the process which creates and maintains BES DLs fails to validate the existing group members hence it can not update BES DLs. In this case, the distribution lists won't be updated and all BES DLs may not show some new users that were recently added to BlackBerry Enterprise Server. These users may not automatically get added to the license pack.

Resolution

Make sure appropriate permission has been granted to itrezzoAgent service account. Please see how to grant permission for BES Auto DL

Check and fix any DNS or network issue in your environment

Logon to the itrezzoAgent Administrator

Click on the Servers container on the left pane

On the right pane, right Click on your itrezzoAgent server and select Run BPP Now (or Run BPE Now)
