The itrezzoAgent Server software requires a dedicated mailbox on your mail server. Do not attempt to install itrezzoAgent Server on your personal mailbox.
BlackBerry Enterprise Server Prerequisites
The itrezzoAgent supports the following versions of BES:
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 2.1 for Microsoft Exchange
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 3.5 for Microsoft Exchange
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 3.6 for Microsoft Exchange
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 4.0 for Microsoft Exchange
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server BES 4.1 for Microsoft Exchange
The itrezzoAgent supports the following versions of Mail systems:
- Microsoft Exchange 5.5 SP4 (This is OK for EPS. BPP requires Active Directory)
- Microsoft Exchange 2000 SP3 with SP3 Hotfix rollup
- Microsoft Exchange 2003 SP1 or higher
